I lead multiple business transformation projects in E-Commerce Web App, Oracle R12 PIM & Legacy ERP for heavy volume Aftermarket Spare Parts Distribution business of Cummins Inc. Application footprints spans across Logistics, Finance, Distribution, & Planning functions with integration of WMS for Warehouse floor operation execution. Lead complex system landscape spread across US, Europe, Africa, Singapore, and China serving as full-scale ERP with Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Manufacturing modules with heavy localizations. Highly effective leader for application strategy and application design for many complex projects, responsible for optimal solution design strategy. Demonstrated experience in Sourcing process integration in Aftermarket applications, Packaging processes & Transformation of financial month-end close processes in legacy ERP to align financial month close to Gregorian calendar.
