Build and maintain vendor relationships and manage the purchase of hardware and software products. Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies. To ensure that company assets are well maintained. Updating and upgrading with the latest Technologies.

With over 19 years of experience in the world of IT, my career has been a story of growth, challenge, and a genuine passion for making technology work for people, not the other way around. I\'ve journeyed through a variety of industries, from BPO and Hospitality to IT and Manufacturing, giving me a unique perspective on diverse business needs.My story began on the front lines in high-pressure BPO environments, supporting massive 24/7 operations with over workstations and more than 70 servers. It was a trial by fire where I learned the fundamentals of keeping critical systems running, managing everything from servers and networks to the day-to-day helpdesk issues for clients like Reliance and Citibank.As I grew, I was trusted with bigger challenges. A key chapter was at Marriott Hotels, where I was handed the responsibility of setting up the entire IT infrastructure for their Gurgaon office and connecting it seamlessly with their hubs in Singapore and the US. This was more than a technical project; it was about building the backbone for a global business and ensuring its continuous operation.Today, as a Technology Manager at Fcc Clutch India, I lead a team of 20 professionals. My focus has shifted from hands-on fixes to strategic planning, where I translate business goals into technology solutions. This includes designing datacenters and guiding our adoption of modern cloud and security tools like Azure, Zscaler, and CrowdStrike to support our offices across India, Brazil, and Japan.At my core, I am a problem-solver who enjoys building and leading teams to achieve results.
