I am currently working at Crisil where I partner with global corporate banks to assess their competitive landscape and shape strategic decisions in transaction banking. I lead bespoke financial research, synthesize market and organizational insights, and advise clients on strategic initiatives, best practices, and emerging trends to drive impact.Prior to Crisil, I worked at Accenture Strategy where my team was responsible for a) Conducting detailed financial analysis and benchmarking of clients, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making; b) Developing industry analysis, market sizing, and competitor positioning reports to support client business transformations; c) Identifying and evaluating value creation opportunities, incl. growth (via M&A, investments, etc.), ESG initiatives and cost savings. Prior to Accenture, I worked in the Wholesale Credit Solutions at JP Morgan where I was responsible for preparing in-depth credit analysis and review reports, and monitoring clients within a portfolio of investment and non-investment grade corporates belonging mainly to the Infrastructure, Metals and Mining, Utilities, Manufacturing, and Real Estate Industries. At JPMC, I also assisted with execution of various client credit asks and deals – including M&A deals, covenant waivers, TCP refinancing, client on-boardings, loan originations etc. by providing analysis on the client’s business, financial profile and industry. I had played key roles in complex transactions – LBOs, dividend recapitalisation, bridge financing, margin loans, asset backed loans.Prior to joining JPMC, I had completed my PGDM (Finance) at MDI Gurgaon (2017-19). At MDI, I was Senior Security Analyst at Unnati Investment Management and Research Group ( India\'s first student run mutual fund club) where I used to track Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare sector.
