I have 14+ years of work-experience spanning Manufacturing and Management consulting, in the core areas of Operational Excellence, Operations Strategy, Change Management, Operations Transformation, Program Management, Process Transitions and Digital Transformation. For the last 7 years, as a Principal/Senior consultant in Management Consulting, I have been leading projects in the areas of Operations and Supply chain Transformation focusing on advising clients in the areas of right operating models that would help them gain the best outcomes in the form of EBITDA improvements. My implementations involve blending of best in class methodologies, cultural transformation and change management that results in sustained outcomes for my clients especially in the areas of throughput improvements, Inventory Management, cost optimization including making costs variable, and productivity improvements. I am responsible for a Lead, guide and work with the client teams on the projects, as per the designed approach, ensure adherence to the project milestones and timely delivery of agreed results. Conducting consulting assignments and training workshops, onsite. Identifying issues/bottlenecks and implementing solutions, along with client teams, in order to reduce wastes and improve business efficiency, performance and profitability. Assisting organizations in developing their near and long-term strategies. Conducting assessment assignments throughout the organization in order to identify improvement opportunities. Supporting knowledge management on creating/assimilating new methodologies, tools and techniques, as well as converting project experiences into case studies. Employed with strong brands and adding value to clients in Auto and Engineering, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences, FMCG, Metals, Defence manufacturing, FIBC manufacturing, Floriculture sector, Aggrotech product manufacturing and Ceramics. Prior to this, I have been in core Manufacturing for over 4.5 years, part of Operational Excellence Cell. Leading Operational excellence on shop floors, managing a diverse range of blue collar and white collar workforce. Right through my career, I have led and driven a range of projects covering productivity improvement, revenue improvement, cost reduction, organizational design, asset optimization, quality systems implementation, operational excellence, lead time reduction, delivery excellence, business and digital transformation, and program management. I am a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Application Expert and Practitioner in Lean management principles
