Working in Quantiphi on Dialogflow CX as a Conversational Architect for the current client. Prior to Quantiphi worked in HCL for 4 years as a cognitive SME where my role was to convert the clients use cases in conversational flow using IBM Watson Assistant. I had joined HCL as a fresher and since then I was landed on a team who were working on chatbot development that add a natural language interface to your application to automate interactions with your end users, so got an exposure to work on it since beginning and got an opportunity to work with customers all over the globe hence got a chance to develop multilingual and multichannel bot. During this tenure I worked on multiple domains such as IT, Banking, Energy (oil and gas corporation), Bio industry etc. My current role in the team is to work on multiple projects parallelly; to train the new onboarded colleagues about the Cognitive AI [IBM Watson Assistant] and to help the junior developers if they are stuck somewhere in between for immediate help.Interested in Alexa skill development and have created few basic skills like fact skill, quiz skill, cookbook skill.Worked on Web Development with search engine optimization (SEO) technique.Apart from technical skills, I used to participate in social and cultural activities. I am also an active member of a NGO named \"GRAMIKSHA\".
