ABOUT VISHAL JANGRA

I am an MBA Candidate at Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business (Class of 2026) with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Human Resources from Capilano University. My career began in high-volume retail leadership with ALDO, Hollister, and Abercrombie & Fitch, where I managed teams, optimized daily operations, and consistently drove results in competitive environments.Through these roles, I developed strengths in analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategic initiatives that improved both sales and customer experience. Leading diverse teams taught me how to balance organizational goals with people development, while my experience with budgets, KPIs, and process improvements sharpened my analytical decision-making.Now, as I pursue my MBA, I am building on this foundation with coursework in strategy, analytics, and innovation. My goal is to transition into consulting or strategy-focused roles, where I can apply both my practical leadership experience and academic training to solve complex business problems, drive digital transformation, and deliver long-term value for organizations.I am actively seeking Fall 2026 co-op opportunities in consulting, strategy, and analytics, where I can contribute strong problem-solving skills, cross-functional leadership, and a results-oriented mindset.
