For instance, saved over $40M on a yearly basis and brought in over $500M in incremental gross transaction value for Instacart. • Leadership in Software Architecture, developing foundational expertise in software architecture at Carnegie Mellon University under pioneers David Garlan and Mary Shaw, contributing to advanced projects with high national security implications, demonstrating deep technical leadership and innovative problem-solving skills. Led architectural innovation for national security with NSA and DOD and design of critical messaging infrastructures for North West power grid. • Strategic Development of AI-Driven Platforms at Alida Inc, leading the overhaul of Alida Inc.\'s product lines and data systems, incorporating AI to enhance customer intelligence products. Designed and executed a data lake on AWS and integrated advanced AI features, drastically improving data utility and business insights. The efforts transformed Alida’s customer intelligence platform with a new data architecture, which allowed the company to reorganize its product line, reduce headcount, and improve profitability • Designed and built multiple innovative systems, such as payment and checkout integrations, workflow platforms, web platform for orchestrating language models and analysis, high throughput messaging clusters, and network protocols, many of which went live and solved key business problems.
