Responsible for establishing a new team within OCI Compute for delivering internal tooling capabilities to support engineers across all of Compute LOB by removing manual TOIL, reducing friction of setting up tooling, creating tooling frameworks and engaging with stakeholders to understand tooling challenges\\\\n\\\\n- Total of 9 direct reports, by supporting the integration of additional team members within Compute in the UK geography\\\\n\\\\n- Supported the team through uncertainty and change during multiple re-orgs, emphasising our teams’ mission and the key value add of our products\\\\n\\\\n- Supporting the team from getting unblocked on external team dependencies by seeking to understand challenges within other teams and providing visibility and influence to direct a joint strategy to execute delivery\\\\n\\\\n- Created a formal structure and backlog of development projects by seeking to understand organisational priorities and focusing on where we can deliver value add to a wider audience, operating with high levels of ambiguity\\\\n\\\\n- Created a project intake process to allow for other teams and engineering communities to engage with us and share recommendations of projects/features for our future product development through a formal framework\\\\n\\\\n- Drive adoption of tooling through targeted focus groups for initial feedback before pushing tools into GA status and creating awareness of availability\\\\n\\\\n- Provide Tier 3 Support to our UK Gov Operations Partner teams, supporting on call escalations\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
