Responsibilities:1) Lead the complete design and development of brake and suspension systems for super-premium motorcycles, ensuring high performance, safety, and segment-leading ride dynamics.2) Drive the design, validation, and integration of braking systems, including ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) and IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) sensors, enabling advanced control features for higher segment motorcycles.3) Responsible for the routing of brake system hoses, evaluating multiple layout configurations to optimize performance, ease of assembly, and serviceability while maintaining aesthetic and ergonomic standards.4) Work on multiple design iterations for critical components to improve packaging efficiency, reduce weight, and enhance manufacturability.5) Collaborate with the patent team to identify innovative design elements, assess potential IP challenges, and support the filing of patents where applicable.6)Lead the design and development of alloy wheels for parallel twin-cylinder off-road motorcycles, focusing on structural integrity, weight optimization, and off-road endurance.7) Coordinate cross-functional activities involving mechanical design, electronics integration, testing, and validation to ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional customer experience.8) Conduct DFMEA, design reviews, and system-level testing to validate design robustness under diverse real-world riding conditions.
