ABOUT VISHAL SINGH
My startup is to increase awareness about hemp and eradicate the myths about this magical plant. This note is a dedication to the massive support that I have received for my sustainable start-up and the trust that people place in this plant. Hemploom is a brand I started with the thought that ethical practices need to be instilled in the minds of this generation, for we have to save something for our future generations. My father, being a botanist, has never ceased an opportunity to educate me about the wonders that plants can do. Education being a very important aspect in shaping my future, I realised that my startup would mean impacting the society and the Earth in a positive way. Also, working for the government helped me understand how imperative it is to help MSMEs. The motto of Hemploom is to only recreate the ideas of fashion and consumption in a much more ethical fashion, along with making people aware that hemp is a plant with immense benefits, and should be given due recognition for being so useful.
