As part of my role, I will be looking at the below aspects related to cyber security:Cyber Strategy and Governance: Will be responsible for formulating and implementing our cyber security strategy. This involves developing comprehensive governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards, and aligning our cyber security initiatives with the organisation\'s overarching business goals.Security Risk Assessment: Regularly conducting security risk assessments for BFSI sector clients. This involves identifying vulnerabilities and threats, evaluating their potential impact, and recommending measures to mitigate risks effectively.IT and IS Frameworks: Will work with various IT and Information Security (IS) frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT, to establish best practices and ensure that systems are in compliance with these standards.Critical System Resiliency Assessment: Assess the resiliency ofr critical IT systems, ensuring that they can withstand disruptions and recover quickly in the event of a cyber incident. This includes developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.Regulatory Assessments: Staying up to date with regulatory requirements and conducting assessments to ensure our organisations comply with applicable laws and regulations. This helps mitigate legal and financial risks
