Experienced Memory Designer. Currently working as SoC Design Engineer (Novel Memory Circuit & IP Design team of Oregon USA) at Intel Technology. I have worked as Post-Doctoral research fellow at NTU Singapore.PhD from IIT Indore, India with specialization on Low Power and High Stability Memory Design. Area of interest: High Stability and Low-Power SRAM Memory Design, Compute In-Memory, Error Tolerant memory for FPGA, Low Power VLSI Circuit Design.Below are a few of my profile\'s key points- worked on an Industry-Academia joint project of Global Foundries Singapore and NTU Singapore for the advanced ReRAM memory product development- Experience of multiple full custom IC Chip Designs for SRAM and ReRAM memory- around 1 year, worked as Sr. R&D Engg in one of the world\'s leading semiconductor industries \"Synopsys India Pvt Ltd\"- 1st Candidate of IIT Indore who independently completed full custom IC chip designs during PhD- Worked as an International visiting researcher at Aalto University, Finland and designed a full custom SRAM Memory chip which has successfully fabricated and delivered in a joint project funded by the Centre of International Mobility (CIMO) Finland for five months- Contributed in completion of targeted work for SMDP C2SD project on behalf of IIT Indore to design a full custom SRAM Memory chip using a novel high stability bit cell and get it fabricated- Five years of regular teaching experience in different reputed universities of India including NIT Hamirpur- Also worked for a while in collaboration with Semi-Conductor Laboratories (SCL) Mohali, India- Expertise of VLSI Circuit and Layout Designs using Cadence- More than 20 reputed Journal and Conference research papers.
