I lead Deloitte Consulting India Private Ltd.(the India offices of Deloitte US Consulting) and also serve on the Executive Committee of the CEO of Deloitte Consulting LLP,USA. Deloitte Consulting India Pvt. Ltd.(USI Consulting) is a team of over practitioners delivering Advise, Implement and Operate services (across Strategy, Technology and Human Capital) to drive business impact for our global clients. I also serve on the board of Deloitte Consulting India Private Limited.Prior to this role, I served as the leader of the Service Offering Portfolios in Deloitte US Consulting’s India offices and was responsible for the strategic direction, operational execution, transformation and overall leadership of the practice across the spectrum of Strategy, Digital, Analytics, Creative and Technology services. I have over 25 years of consulting experience across US and India and have led several enterprise wide transformational programs for clients involving the full spectrum of strategy, technology implementation, and application management services. I have deep experience in delivering large transformational programs for Healthcare, Life Sciences and Hi Tech clients using Global Delivery models. I serve on the Graduate Programmes Review Committee at MDI Gurgaon and regularly speak at academic institutions (IIMs, IITs, ISB etc.) on topics related to Leadership Development, Future of Work, Exponential technologies, Business Strategy and transformation and Organization Culture.
