RIL is world’s largest Grass root Refinery complex, a Fortune Global 500 company & largest private sector corporation in India.# RIL Carrier Road Map- Head-S & OR(Safety & Operational Risk) in world’s largest Pet coke Gasification complex since Sept-2017- Refinery Shift Manager (RSM/ SSM) for 4 years in J2 Refinery complex- Production Manager/ Shift Superintendent in Marine Tank farm Terminal for over 9 years- Implemented Operating Management System (OMS) & PSM (Process Safety Management) in Gasification complex- Implemented Integrated Management System - IMS (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018) being core member of IMS team- Implemented Cultural Transformation Project(CTP) & BBS(Behaviour Based Safety) program as a part of improvement in Safety Culture- Participated & value addition in Risk registers development & Base line PHA of various units- Reviewed PIPAs(Pre-Incident Planning & Assessment) for ensuring effective emergency response as per GDP(Group Defined Procedures) requirements- Implemented SIMOPs(Simultaneous Operations) in Gasifier island- Handled & Monitored all refinery unit operations, material balance of Refinery complex, to ensure safe operations & production as per EPS plan- Handled different emergency scenarios like hydrocarbon leak, toxic gas release, fire, tank rim seal fire, etc. as an incident controller- Exposure to Pre-commissioning & commissioning of world’s largest crude oil tanks, various product tanks & cryogenic tanks- Exposure to overall Marine tankfarm operations including receipt of Crude oil from SPMs, storage, Blending and dispatch of blended crude oil to RTF (Refinery Tankfarm), receipt, storage and dispatch of various Petroleum Products & petrochemicals- Exposure to overall Polyester manufacturing operations.
