Was an integral part of commissioning team of Submarine Rescue Unit and contributed in setting up India\'s capability of providing submarine Rescue in Indian Ocean region by coordinating and liaison with various agencies Handled Operations, maintenance, contract management and showcasing of equipment of diplomatic importance to Indian Government to other countries representatives. The equipment gave Indian Navy unique capability to rescue submarines in Indian Ocean Region which is available with only 15 nations in the world. Planning of showcasing the equipment and conducting of foreign delegation visits to pitch new capability acquired by Indian Navy and also discussing modalities of extension of services to the visiting country delegates. Formulation and Negotiation of seperate maintenance contract with OEM for ensuring timely maintenance and upkeep of equipment for operational readiness.*Participated in International Rescue mission for Indonesian submarine.**Participated in Search and recovery mission of Advance Light Helicopter which required use of system in an innovative way at Ranjit Sagar Dam.* Coordinated design and hosting of rescue website on MAN and international ISMERLO website thereby ensuring realtime status of equipment and its operational readiness. Ensured cross-functional training of team members thereby enhancing their skillset for operating multiple equipment. Set up standard operating procedures for the newly established organisation Setup IT infrastructure and power distribution infrastructure innovatively to *reduce cost by one third* of original design. Ensured compliance of information security policies on Unit PCs connected to Naval unified domain. Procurement and vendor management of electrical and IT assets of the unit.
