I’m currently working on our flagship real estate project Shiv Kailasa (MIHAN, Nagpur) where I’m handling both online and offline marketing activities to drive qualified leads and close deals.Here’s what I actively work on: Creating and uploading content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Running Meta Ads to generate leads and increase brand reach Engaging with potential buyers, scheduling site visits, and taking regular follow-ups Handling offline marketing activities to boost local awareness and walk-in inquiries Personally guiding interested clients from first contact to deal closureEvery day is a learning experience – from analyzing ad performance to building relationships with clients. I’m proud to be part of a team that helps people find their dream homes and look forward to growing in both digital marketing and real estate sales.

Ltd, Nagpur.I handle both online and offline marketing to generate quality leads for real estate projects.On the digital side, I create and upload content on social media and YouTube, and run Meta Ads to reach the right audience. I focus on generating leads, improving reach, and building a strong online presence for our brand.At the same time, I’m also involved in offline marketing, where I connect with clients directly, take follow-ups, schedule site visits, and guide them throughout the buying process all the way to closing the deal.Working here has been a great learning experience.
