Network closely with Cloud & Colocation, Government, Education, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Fintech, IT/ ITeS, OTT Cos for the development and certification of Data Center Projects. Most of the Government DC projects are administered by MEITY and NIC including all Departments under NIC i.e. STQC, NICSI, DIC, NIXI, CSC e-Governance, Services, ERNET India, C-DAC, STPI, NIELIT, C-MET, CCA, ICERT, UIDAI etc. Assist PSU\'s & CPSE\'s for New Build DC\'s and Upgrading Existing DC\'s either through Retrofitting or End of Life Replacement of Design. Data Center Tier Certifications (Design, Construction, and Operational Sustainability) are offered to Integrated Data Center Projects, Hyperscale, Cloud, Colocation, Enterprise, Disaster Recovery, Micro Data Centers (MDC), Tier Ready (Prefabricated & Modular Data Centers) focused on improving the performance, efficiency, and reliability of their business critical infrastructure. Business Development (developing new markets, grow existing markets), Implementing Corporate Strategy & Planning, Market Analysis & Positioning, Deal Opening & Closing, Revenue Optimization, Commercial Feasibility, Asset Optimization and Investment Management are some of the key skills that I hone and deliver.
