Key Responsibilities / Major Duties:1.Proposal Development#Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.#Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and cyber teams to gather required inputs & clarifications.#Ensure proposal documentation aligns with customer requirements and industry standards.2. Cost Estimation & Pricing#Develop accurate cost estimates, factoring in materials, labor, logistics, and risk contingencies.#Optimize pricing strategies to stay competitive while maintaining profitability.3. Client Engagement#Act as a technical point of contact for client queries during pre-award stages.#Participate in bid clarification meetings, technical presentations, and negotiations.#Schedule KoM, Technical query discussions with the Sales, operations, logistics, procurement teams.4. Risk Analysis & Compliance#Perform risk assessments and ensure proposals comply with regulatory and contractual requirements.#Review contract terms to flag critical issues or deviations.5. Project Handover#Coordinate successful transition of awarded projects to the execution team with complete documentation and clarification.
