I’m a Workday Technology leader with over 14+ years of experience delivering large-scale HR, Payroll, and Finance transformation programmes for global enterprises. I bring 12+ years of deep Workday HCM and Financials experience across solution architecture, integrations, programme delivery, and AMS.I’m certified in Workday HCM Core, Integrations (Basics and Advanced including Studio, CCTPP, CCB), Workday Launch, Orchestrate for Integrations, Workday Financials Core, and Procure-to-Pay. I’ve led end-to-end Workday implementations, global rollouts, and post–go-live support, partnering with C-level, HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.I’m recognized for client leadership, stakeholder management, developing long lasting relationship and the ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution across complex global programmes.I’ve worked on multiple client-site engagements across EMEA, including Finland, Sweden, Spain, and Portugal, acting as Workday Lead Consultant and Solution Architect. My responsibilities have included discovery and design workshops, operating model alignment, requirements definition, configuration, prototyping, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.I’ve held senior consulting roles including Engagement Manager, Senior Consultant, Enterprise Architect, Workday Solution Architect, Integration Architect, and Technical Delivery Lead. I regularly lead multi-stream delivery teams, manage SI and third-party vendors, and provide governance, risk management, and delivery assurance across complex programmes.My technical expertise is strongest in Workday integrations and platform capabilities, including PECI and PICOF, Core Connectors, DT integrations, complex payroll integrations between Workday and SAP, REST and SOAP APIs, Workday Studio, EIB, iLoad, and data migration. I have hands-on experience designing and delivering Workday Extend applications, having built multiple POCs and implemented several use cases to address business gaps not covered by core Workday functionality. This includes solution design, security, integrations, and deployment considerations for Extend.I also bring strong experience in Workday security, role-based access, integration users, cutover planning, and BIRT reporting across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Time and Absence, Payroll, Learning, and Financials.Earlier in my career, I worked extensively on PeopleSoft HR systems, with hands-on experience in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, workflow, reporting, and data analysis, supporting legacy-to-Workday transformation programmes.
