My aim is to build a strong foundation that will empower me to contribute meaningfully to legal discourse.    Conducted in-depth legal research on Section 223(1) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), focusing on the issue of process and the scope of a Magistrate’s power to take cognizance of offences.• Researched the maintainability of interim relief before the adjudication of an Order VII Rule 11 CPC application, including analysis of judicial precedents.• Researched whether additional evidence can be submitted along with a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with reference to statutory provisions and case laws.• Conducted detailed research on the permissibility of amendments to Section 34 applications under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, including judicial limitations and procedural considerations.
