I hold a degree in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from IP University, Delhi, along with a Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from the Indian Law Institute, Delhi. I have also done an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University in 2025.Since 2015, I have been engaged in the Intellectual Property (IP) industry, specializing in patent search and analytics. My expertise spans first examination report, patentability searches, clearance searches,(in)validity assessments, evidence of use analysis, and state-of-the-art searches. Additionally, I manage projects related to EPO and USPTO patent reclassifications.In my current role as a Manager, I am responsible for leading a team of 15-18 professionals from different engineering domain such as mechanical, electronics, electrical, and overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle from client request to delivery. My key focus areas include scoping and quoting, Statement of Work (SOW) preparation, process optimization, KPI management, and driving efficiency to reduce daily transaction costs.
