As a Business Development Manager in the Waste-to-Energy department, I am responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our renewable energy solutions. My key responsibilities include- Spearheading business development for Biogas, Compressed Biogas (CBG), Torrefaction, Pyrolysis, and Solid Waste Management projects, identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities- Managing the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing, including lead qualification, nurturing, and coordination- Providing technical support to the sales team, assisting in closing sales and ensuring seamless customer engagement- Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies, conducting thorough assessments, and facilitating the onboarding of innovative solutions- Preparing comprehensive reports and documentation for senior management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives- Designing and delivering training programs for internal teams, regional representatives, and dealer networks to enhance product knowledge and performance- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and effective marketing of new products and services- Continuously developing and refining new business offerings to support the company\'s growth in the renewable energy sector.This role allows me to contribute to the transition to a more sustainable energy future, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and expanding our market presence.
