Commissioning activities for Captive Power Plant and Steam network, tracking project progress and preparing MPR, DPR, while coordinating with cross functional team LSTK and EPCC contractors for timely project completion. • Participated in HAZOP, SIL, FAT, 30% model review, tag closeout meetings of utility boiler, CFBC boilers and STG PRDS system. • Prepared and reviewed MOCs, format checking and readiness checklists ensuring systems’ compliance and readiness. • Developed and reviewed PFDs, P & IDs, Cause & Effect Diagrams, steam balance, SOPs, and pre-commissioning procedures. • Performed inspection and quality checks of boiler pressure parts, steam drums, deaerators, CBD, IBD tanks, air receivers etc.
