There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else. Recruitment is my obsession, and my specific passion lies in sourcing, team motivation, creating leaders and client interaction. In other words, creating successful relationships with clients, ones that keep them as clients for the long haul, is the basis of my success – no matter the size of the organization. Creating successful relationships with clients is the basis of a successful company and individual. Keeping clients happy isn’t always easy, but it’s very possible. At RADCube for example, many of our clients are now true partners—they learn from us and we learn from them—and have been coming to us for our expertise for more than a decade.
