Back “HOME” • Partner with senior management to understand organizational goals and leadership talent needs. • Source candidates through headhunting, networking, referrals, and executive databases (e.g, Naukri, IIMJobs, Instahyre, Foundit). • Screen and assess leadership candidates for strategic alignment, experience, and culture fit. • Manage end-to-end hiring for leadership roles. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all high-level engagements. • Handle recruitment for enabling functions: HR, Finance & Accounts, Legal, IT Support, Sales, Procurement, Marketing, as well as other tech roles, etc. • Understand specific JD nuances and team dynamics to find the right-fit candidates. • Execute bulk hiring plans if required for support teams during ramp-ups. • Develop relationships with department heads to proactively forecast hiring needs. • Drive the entire recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, pre-boarding. • Prepare and maintain trackers for leadership and corporate roles. • Work on ATS/HRMS tools to update candidate progress and records. • Support with data reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics. • Liaise with internal stakeholders and leadership teams for alignment on profiles and pipelines. • Engage with external agencies or search firms as needed for niche roles. • Coordinate with background verification and onboarding teams post-offer.
