Finance Leader with ~14+ years of rich & diverse experience across multiple industries (Financial Services, mobility, Offline retail, Omi-Channel & E-commerce), and diverse companies (Series A startups to Listed Companies).I am currently leading finance for Fampay, a new age Fintech company. In this role I have built the finance function and lead FP & A, Controllership, Business Finance, Treasury, commercial finance, and Investor relations. I have also lead acquisition, Fund raising and have helped business in increasing revenue and optimizing on cost. In my previous role I led and built the entire Business Finance and FP & A team for Bounce (a two-wheeler mobility startup) and helped in streamlining cost through detailed business analysis and leading commercial negotiations. Prior to Bounce at Myntra, Led and successfully managed the business finance and commercials not just for the online B2C business but also for the omni-channel and offline business of the company, helped in scaling the offline business and turning it around over time. Prior to joining Myntra, I worked with Genpact, where my client was GE capital Americas, I helped the client in short term/long term investment decisions making and performance evaluation through detailed business and financial analysis, my experience prior to Genpact was with HSBC where I was exposed to detailed financial accounting.
