That way of thinking is what led me into business valuation and transaction analysis.I currently work as a Senior Research Analyst at CRISIL, supporting Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions engagements on buy side transactions across India, the United States and United Kingdom.My work often involves turning complex business situations into structured analysis, using tools such as Excel, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and platforms like 73 Strings. To me, valuation is the process of bringing that information together and finding the insight hidden within it.Warren Buffett once said, “Price is what you pay.
