The company is one of the biggest players in the BPO industry.Key Responsibilities:• Active participation in acquisition deal for ARM/CRM/Healthcare business from NCO Financial Systems Inc and Asset Management Professional (AMP)• Actively involved in the set-up of the Indian organization.• Preparation of financial models for evaluation of business development opportunities• Instrumental in the formulation of the long term significant accounting policies of the Company• Liasioning with the bankers for various working capital and term loans that the Company may require.• Dealing with the STPI, Customs & Excise Departments & have been actively involved in getting the Center bonded with the Customs, & getting the Excise, State Taxes and Income Tax registration etc.• Management of A/R and A/P and Recordkeeping, reporting and compliances of the company• Preparation and analysis of budgets ensuring adequate liquidity• Responsible for the Audit & Finalization of the accounts of the Company as a whole including consolidation.Highlights: Participated in the acquisition deal and managing the entire Indian finance operations.
