My role is in Internet payment gateway (IPG), for Production support as Senior Consultant Technology designation where we integrate new merchants with our platform for doing payments as per their requirement like UPI, Debit or credit cards, Wallet, Net banking, Bharat QR, IVR. I take the ownership in integrating merchants from the phase of UAT testing to PROD testing.We continuously support if merchant face any issues in this process.We ensure that every merchant should have best customer experience while using our Gateway.
