The Global Operations Excellence department focuses on ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of bp\'s electric vehicle (EV) charging network, encompassing areas like network monitoring, operational cost management, and data management, ultimately contributing to the success of bp\'s global EV mobility program.Responsibilities:• Spearheading the creation of a globally aligned Asset Management function, embedding best practices to improve lifecycle performance and reduce total cost of ownership across all assets.• Collaborating with Technology and cross function departments; designing and implementing scalable systems and frameworks for asset data governance, maintenance planning, and spare parts logistics.• Driving regional operational excellence by supporting local teams on maintenance standards, compliance, and performance optimization.• Supporting data migration and integration initiatives to enable robust asset tracking, real-time monitoring, and predictive analytics.
