Avanti operates a fleet of four high-throughput satellites and seven gateway earth stations across EMEA, providing state-of-the-art and resilient satellite technology solutions. I successfully established a 24/7 SNOC and reorganized the delivery team for Network and Hub to support roll-out projects & operations for Defence and other critical customers. The goal was to transform Avanti’s services from enterprise solutions to mobile operators for cellular backhaul (24/7 operations).
