Responsible for Credit Appraisal & Sanctioning- Handling ticket of between 5-50 lacs for HL & LAP- Evaluating HL/LAP for salaried and self employed clients. Identifying risk associated to the lending and finding alternatives to mitigate them- Ensuring compliance with retail credit policy and guidelines of the Bank, Reserve Bank and other regulatory bodies- Preparing detailed reports of the loans during the appraisal process- Coordinating with different teams like legal, fraud, document prep, draw down for smooth disbursement of the loans
