o Directing multiple verticals of the organization inclusive of Program Management, Project Management and Service Delivery Managing delivery across Industry verticals such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Insurance. o Defining service standards and guidelines, governance structure, best practices that worked as benchmarking for excellent service delivery globally for all verticals with end- to-end P&L accountability. o Spearheading resource planning, SOW, technical direction, effort estimation, tracking, risk management and mentoring. o Facilitating end-to-end delivery of the program, meeting internal and external objectives. o Estimation, risk, scope, time, resource, quality and change management. o Value-adds, continuous process and productivity improvement. o Implementing project plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines. o Performing onsite and offsite tasks within a project, including the design, specification & integration of products/ services. o Supervising cost budgeting, revenue, profitability planning & target achievement strategies. o Front-leading service operations including KPIs, SLA management. o Participating in meetings, conducting release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and business go/no-go reviews and maintaining release repository. o Providing post-implementation, application maintenance and enhancement support to the client with regard to the product / software application. o Setting out standards for various operational areas; implementing quality systems & procedures to facilitate a high-quality customer experience, while adhering to the SLAs. o Mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations. o Developing competency among the team members; managing appraisal process across the levels, conducting interviews to recruit the right talent & resources, and developing employee competency.
