Worked as a full-time raw material planner at AkzoNobel Bengaluru for the Performance Coatings segment. Key projects and contributions include:\\\\n• Handled various categories of material across different businesses (Primarily MTO based businesses to MTS based businesses), while maintaining Safety Stock compliance of 95% and above and Finished Goods OTIF of 85% and above.\\\\n• Worked as SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory) lead across Performance Coatings, AkzoNobel India. Work included Root cause analysis, Liquidation of current SLOB inventory and Mitigation measures. Managed to reduce SLOB inventory by over 60%(1.2 Million EUR) across 3 manufacturing locations (Bengaluru, Thane and Mohali). Set up process for SLOB governance and management for Performance coatings India.\\\\n• Handled the imports of various Raw materials. This includes overseeing of the customs clearance process and Customs Bonding. Also, handled various exports of consignments across several categories of material.\\\\n• Worked on the implementation of MRP module of SAP for Performance Coatings India. Handled master data update of the material master module to ensure efficient working of MRP.\\\\n• Worked along with suppliers and Procurement on Regional (South Asian) projects to optimize Inventory levels by reduction of MOQ levels and also on Localization of strategic material.
