ABOUT VISHAKHA RASHINKAR

I am Vishakha Rashinkar - MBA student specializing in Human Resource Management with a strong interest in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement. I hold a BBA degree and have gained practical exposure through internships in HR and Finance, which has helped me develop a balanced understanding of people management and business fundamentals.In HR, I have hands-on exposure to recruitment support, resume screening, interview coordination, maintaining HR records, and assisting in day-to-day HR operations. I am familiar with the basics of ATS, candidate tracking, onboarding support, and employee coordination. I also have working knowledge of MS Excel for preparing HR reports and managing data.Along with HR, my finance internship and certification in Financial Modelling and Fundamental Analysis have strengthened my analytical skills, data interpretation, and attention to detail—skills that are valuable in HR functions such as compensation, payroll support, and HR analytics.I am a proactive learner with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly. I am seeking entry-level opportunities in HR—especially in recruitment, HR operations, or compensation & benefits—where I can grow professionally while contributing effectively to the organization.
