   In my capacity at Netradyne, I see my primary function as a problem solver. I initially joined the team as an individual contributor, with a focus on addressing various engineering challenges. My responsibilities encompassed monitoring IoT devices in production and evaluating the effectiveness of alerts generated by AI-based modules.Within a brief period, I have established a dedicated monitoring team, with an automated infrastructure for efficient management. I was also instrumental in setting up a comprehensive 24x7 customer support system from the ground up, which now serves customers across multiple geographies including the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and India.In addition to these responsibilities, I took the lead in creating comprehensive product documentation, aiming to empower customers with self-help resources and ultimately reduce support costs. My direct interaction with customers provided valuable insights into their pain points, and I have been proactive in driving product improvements by channeling this feedback to our engineering team.I also hold responsibility for automating the infrastructure of business systems related to IoT device operations.
