   Client - RSM InternationalSchedule requirement calls and collect the requirements from the stakeholders (Technical Manager, One Inhouse user(tax team, client facing manager)), refine these requirements and draft the doubts and mockups(Using Miro) for the requirement gathered, once refined and reviewed, draft the Product Backlogs on the Asure Board, Get these backlogs for the next sprint and refine these PBIs with the dev team on the Sprint Start call, and also measure the capacity and involve on the estimation of the User stories. Follow up with the team on the daily scrums and check with the status. on the Sprint end, verify what and why are the PBIs getting spilled, and prepare a board for the next Sprint, with the refined PBIs and spill the rest of the PBIs on the last day of the Sprint.
