I have over 18 years of experience in Finance Transformation and Record-to-Report (R2R), with a strong focus on BlackLine and financial close automation. Currently, I lead the BlackLine competency at EY India, working with global clients across industries such as Technology, FMCG, and Oil & Gas on large, multi-country implementations.Over the years, I’ve been involved in building Finance Centres of Excellence, standardizing close processes, and putting strong governance and control frameworks in place. I have hands-on experience across the full BlackLine lifecycle – from solution design and implementation to system administration, integrations, and user enablement – along with deep exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and D365.I enjoy working closely with finance leaders and business stakeholders, managing large programs, and helping organizations improve close efficiency, transparency, and compliance through automation and process improvements. I’m particularly interested in roles focused on Finance Transformation, BlackLine leadership, and global R2R automation initiatives.
