ABOUT JASON LAVANTURE

Meet Jason LaVanture. In and immediately out of college, Jason founded RTV, Inc, on the web at RTV began as a virtual tour and real estate photography system, but in 2005 RTV started to leverage its vast network of photographers and began offering national and international photography services. Present-day RTV maintains one of the world’s largest networks of independent professional real estate photographers, virtual tour providers, and aerial drone pilots. Jason has helped several thousand real estate photographers get started in the business, many of which photograph thousands of homes yearly in their local market. Jason hosts a sales and marketing talk show called The FORMULA, where he offers industry tips, tricks, and tutorials on how to get the most use from the RTV software platform. It’s Jason’s goal to provide a one-stop shop for professional photographers, virtual tour providers, and UAV pilots. Currently, the RTV software collects money, schedules jobs, offers pay to download/watermark photos, creates invoices, has a robust client portal, creates property websites, publishes printable flyers and social media videos, allows a team to manage their photographers, and much more. The RTV system continues to grow, evolve, and develop toward an all-in-one solution with the passing of every month. Jason loves spending time with his wife, Heather, their son Emerson, and Chicy, their boxer puppy. Heather and Jason also own and operate a local real estate photography called and have a team of two drone pilots/professional photographers and one admin. BlueLaVaMedia photographs nearly 1500 homes each year in the Traverse City, MI market and continues to grow. With his experience in helping so many real estate photographers succeed and his knowledge gained from running BlueLaVaMedia since 2007, Jason is ready to help anyone get started in the industry and dominate their market.
