   Jim leads all aspects of digital marketing and communications for the Educational Foundation. Assets and programs under Jim\'s direction include the organization\'s main website, various microsites, mobile apps, online fundraising platforms, email marketing platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and CRM (Salesforce). In 2022, he led the successful re-design and implementation of chooserestaurants.org, including hands-on design and development of the site. In 2020, Jim designed and launched the Restaurant Employee Relief Fund website in support of workers at the start of the COVID pandemic. The site was conceived, designed, and developed in a few short weeks, and went on to help raise over $25 million that was distributed to workers to help them through their sudden unemployment.
