Recently, at 73 and with just just four months training after a decade-long break, I competed in the USA Triathlon National Championships, completing the Olympic distance race. Throughout my life and career, I\'ve shown (and love to share) that resilience, strength, and grit can transform lives at any stage. From overcoming a limb length difference and surviving advanced ovarian cancer to building a successful international business and completing an Ironman Triathlon over 60, I’ve faced challenges head-on and emerged stronger.
