I am a Senior Executive and Board Chair with over two decades of leadership experience in complex, international organisations. I have demonstrated a strong record of strategic oversight, governance, problem solving and long-term planning, combined with a deep appreciation of ethical leadership, service and mentorship. I am experienced in governance at board level and in developing mission-driven organisations operating in international and multi-cultural environments.Over the past 25 years in Aerospace, Defence & Security, I have operated at the intersection of mission-led vision and industrial reality. As a Senior Executive and Board Chair, I focus on the \"big picture\" mechanics of delivering growth through sovereignty: bridging the gap between high-level strategy and the tech & process innovation within the industrial ecosystem.My approach is built on three pillars: Value, Coherence and Governance.Strategic Leadership & Governance1.
