Here at CommBank one of our key priorities is to lead in technology and AI to be able to transform every part of our business to accelerate progress. I specialise in sourcing talent across Artificial Intelligence (AI) including Gen AI & Agentic AI. I have previously supported multiple portfolios including Agility, Product, Analytics & Engineering job families. My responsibilities include:• Generate relevant talent mapping and market intelligence research - by utilising a number of networks, channels and resources to generate • Delivering meaningful external talent research/recruitment and market intelligence• Ensure a high level of candidate experience • Engage with various levels of stakeholders to maintain relationships and deliver the sourcing/recruitment capability• Support the embedding and uptake of our talent-pooling methodology • Development of high quality talent pools for priority job families• Using various sourcing channels for talent search (e.g. Seek database, LinkedIn, Workday, Avature, Github, Meet-ups)• Working with employer brand team to develop segmented employee value propositions• Promote the use of strategic sourcing channels within the wider Talent Acquisition function and support the capability uplift • Assisting in mentoring and coaching new team members when required.
