A globally recognized technical expert and The Open Group™ Distinguished Technical Specialist, she has built a career defined by leadership in enterprise infrastructure automation and resilient system design.Virginia is a patented innovator who bridges the gap between complex technical architecture and business continuity, with a recent focus on leveraging AI to enhance automation and predictive resiliency. She currently provides global technical leadership in Kyndryl\'s Security & Resiliency Practice, ensuring that enterprise systems are not only secure and compliant but also intelligent and adaptive to the evolving threat landscape.​Virginia earned her D.Sc. in Civil Security Leadership, Management & Policy from NJCU, specializing in human-centric cybersecurity.
