Ginny Lang - Helping Nonprofits To ThriveI have worked professionally with nonprofit organizations for three decades – from all sides of the equation. Since 1997, as a management consultant, I have served hundreds of nonprofits in the areas of training; planning, retreat and meeting facilitation; fund development; board development; volunteer program management; and the staples of grant writing and research. More recently, I\'ve responded to requests for coaching from nonprofit executives and board members, refocusing services to help nonprofit leaders nurture their skills in communication, supervision and mentoring, image, and outreach. I\'m a trainer for the Washington Secretary of State\'s office through Washington Nonprofits and I present workshops on nonprofit and management/leadership topics at Whatcom Community College. I love my job!
