I teach and conduct research in the field of EU law, migration, and anti-discrimination. I adopt a law-in-action approach, both in my teaching and in my research. I am currently working on my book “Mobilizing EU justice: the contestation of national migration law via preliminary reference”, where I investigate why some EU countries present high levels of EU litigation for migrant rights while others have none. I am generally interested in how civil society actors shape law and politics through mobilization and supranational litigation.
