Rock Creek Global Advisors LLC is a small economic policy consulting firm based in Washington, DC. We advise clients, primarily large global companies, from various industries on a broad range of regulatory and economic policy issues, both international and domestic. We are non-partisan and do not lobby. RCGA was established in 2011 by a bi-partisan group of former senior US government officials. Serving as the office manager I manage all support, finance and operations within the Washington office including: scheduling all meetings, conference calls and travel for our team; planning and arranging events for internal and external partners; prepare and send all client invoices; manage and maintain all vendor relationships; reconcile all accounts and create financial reports; process payroll and related reporting; maintain the firm\'s 401(k) and health insurance programs; coordinate with our external IT support as well as monitor, maintain and procure all office equipment and supplies.
