I led crisis response and rapid service restoration, migrating all critical systems to the cloud in a matter of days, accelerating enterprise-wide modernization and unifying previously disjointed systems into a scalable operating model.Key accomplishments include modernizing and migrating 300+ applications to the cloud, delivering approximately $4M in savings over three years; consolidating order management, subscriber management, and ecommerce platforms; and refactoring the payment processing network, improving transaction acceptance rates and reducing subscriber churn by 10 percent, delivering approximately $30M in incremental value annually.I own and drive the company’s AI strategy, establishing partnerships with AWS, Perplexity, and ProRata.ai. I have launched digital and AI-enabled products serving small businesses, delivered seven AI proof-of-concepts in four months, and continue to expand AI-first advertiser products, AI-powered personalization, and local community experiences that reinforce Lee’s differentiation around local journalism.
