Oversee team of 142 administrative and clinical staff members including 10 leaders. Manage operational budget of $13 million and charges of $167 million dollars over 18 cost centers, including budgetary and productivity oversight. Proactively monitor and address charge and expense variances. Direct multiple floors in DCAM with 55,565 outpatient procedures and 150,236 visits annually. Oversee Dermatology, Primary Care Group, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Pulmonary, Psychiatry, Pain and Anesthesia, Nephrology, Infectious Disease. Space includes exam rooms and procedural space. Responsible for strategic planning, quality improvement and operations for each department.
