Collaborate with Compensation department to ensure region can attract, reward, and retain needed talent while ensuring internal pay equity. Mentor Field Human Resources Managers and Human Resources Coordinator on HR Best Practices. Serve as the back-up for the West Region Human Resources Director. Serve as the HR lead in the integration of newly acquired distribution centers. Facilitate dialogue around process and policies and integrated employees to Company programs. Serve as a champion for change management and employee assimilation.
